Marjolaine Robert de Saint Vincent was born in Rennes, France in 1997. Very young, she takes painting and drawing classes. Marjolaine made her first solo exhibition of photographs and paintings in 2013. At the end of her last year of high school she joined, as a reservist, french army. She went at the Ecole supérieure d’art d’Aix-en-Provence in 2015 and graduated in 2018. Her artistic approach connects these two environments art and the french army that she does in the same time.
Marjolaine makes drawings, collages, ceramics, paintings and installations. In her pieces she wants to raise multiple points such as bravery, the feminine, the condition of women and womens’ stereotypes of all kinds but also their about the french army.
Marjolaine continued her studies at the Ecole Supérieure d'Art et Design de Grenoble and went on international mobility to the Accademia di Belle Arti Brera in Milan, Italy to perfect her techniques of sculpture and painting. Marjolaine works and developps her thesis "Women Warriors; Birth, History and Image Reflection" and graduated with a master's degree at the Ecole Supérieure d'Art et Design de Grenoble (France) in July 2020.
All hit by the health crisis since 2020, Marjolaine opens her artistic approach about news and actual world .
